How to Use a Rubber Vulcanizing Agent?

 

The amount of rubber that needs to be cured is determined by the processing temperature. The higher the temperature, the more likely the product will degrade. Hence, the higher the temperature, the lower the amount of rubber vulcanizing agent needed. For a good curing process, the processing temperature must not exceed 70 degrees Celsius. This is also known as the optimal curing temperature for rubber.
